Default Steering angle sensor

Anyone have any ABS and Stabiltrac issues related to the steering angle sensor.

knowing nothing about your particular circumstances; generally, this is the situation


there is a tsb about installing a foam wedge at the connector. Usually, the wedge fix does not work; the dtc resets and sensor replacement fixes the problem.


you will have to remove the steering column to replace the sensor.

x2 I've done a lot of them in K models, usually do the tsb pigtail and wedge to be safe

Yes, had all kinds of problems like this on a 2011 Tahoe. Ended up having to get the steering angle sensor replaced under warranty. The dealer said there was a TSB out on it.
