Default Steering Wheel Controls Not Working

I have a 2013 Tahoe LTZ with 112,000 miles. My steering wheel controls for cruise function and radio function have stopped working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

could be a bad switch or clockspring. its unlikely both switches stop working at the same time so clockspring is my guess. all electrically signals from the steering wheel go thru the clockspring.

Thank you for the tip! Will check on how to replace each. Hopefully just the clock spring.
