Default Strange noise

I was wondering if anybody could help me with this noise. I am thinking it might be a speaker. i have a 02 tahoe

I took off the front tires because i thought it could have been the front brakes too. i didn't see anything wrong or loose with the brakes.

When is the noise happening? Only while turning? Stopping? Accelerating? Hitting the brakes? Above/below a certain speed?

happens while going straight. i would guess noise happens around 60mph. never does it when turning, accelerating, or hitting the brakes.
