Hi
i have received from the car rental company only the replacement key (no remote key)for a suburban 2017. Now we have some problems to lock and unlock the doors.
Anybody has any hints to to lock all doors in one step?
When i lock the doors with the key at drivers door the passenger door is not locked. Only possible from the inside.
And when i unlock the door the alarm starts and only ends when i start the engine

i would be grateful for any help as i have no experiences with us cars.

 

Some autos had issues with the lock/unlock not working, & quitting after a few months/years;
take it to the dealer.
