Suburban 3rd row relocation brackets
Hey. New Suburban owner here. We picked up a 2014 Suburban LTZ for my wife a few months ago. Really like it so far, except I would have never thought her Honda Odyssey would actually have more leg room in the 2nd and 3rd row seats. We have the captain chairs in the 2nd row. We have 3 teenagers, 6'2", 6', and 5'10". None of them can sit comfortably in the 3rd row unless in the middle. I apologize if this has been asked before. I promise I searched the forum first and didn't find anything.
Does anyone make replacement brackets for the 3rd row that might move the seats back or up at all? I'm no engineer but it seems like a pretty reliable bracket could be made to replace the factory latches/mounts that bolts in the same places but moves the seat back. I think 3" would make the 3rd row usable. I see lots of mounts/latches for sale on amazon and ebay that go back in the factory position, but nothing that would move them back a few inches w/o having to re-drill. This company looks like it has the same idea, but doesn't look like they offer them for GM products (extendmyseat.com).
Thanks!

check the factory service manual to see if this is an option. Shops won't make changes unless there is a procedure; due to liability reasons. Manufacturer level; would have to do new crash testing to validate any changes. if your vehicle has side air curtains it creates further considerations.
