Hey guys, new member here. Currently driving a Ford Explorer but thinking about upgrading to a Suburban in the near future. My question is about the 3rd row seat. I'll be looking at something probably between '95 and '05, which of course spans 2 different body styles. Do all Suburbans built during those years have a 3rd row seat? And does the 3rd row seat fold flat on all of them?

Not sure about the pre 2000 model, but the 2000-2006 3rd row folds down, but not flat. If you want a flat floor for 4 x 8 sheets, you have to remove the third row. The second row does fold flat.
