So I just bought a brand new 2021 suburban and the door on the driver side doesn’t close flush. So I brought it to the dealership to have it looked at and they said they adjusted the striker all the way in. So now it is a little better than before but it still sticks out about 5mm. I don’t know what the next steps would be. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

 

find a dealership with a body shop...auto mechanics can't do this as well as bodyshop techs. This should have been found and corrected at the pre delivery inspection.
