Default Suburban radiator hose correct possition ?

Hi,
I changed the radiator hose on my 1993 chevy suburban (2500).
at the hose connection of the radiator hose there is a little protrusion (see picture). What I would like to know is if I need to get the hose over it and the clamp underneath it to it doesn't move up ? or is it correct the way it is on the picture ? Can it slip of ?

Thank you

JP

Just looked at my 93, looks just like your pics. Note the bulge just behind the clamp is keeping it from slipping.

Look correct to me. The other tab keeps you from putting it on too far.
