Suspension Mystery Help

I have a 2002 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT. I recently developed a problem with the right front end dipping down when I hit a rolling type bump on the freeway. It dips harshly and I have to hold the steering wheel with two hand else it want to pull the the right after it dips down. I can exactly say what changed but I had my CATS replaced and I suspect the worker disassembled something to install the exhaust and CATS. Could they have maybe loosened the right torsion bar? Would that have done it? Shocks were fine before and as precaution I installed new KYB's in the front. Still the same isolated problem. I took it to the mechanic and he could nor recreated the problem. It primarily is on the freeway when i am driving over 50. They inspected all the bushings and they look fine. Any thoughts or similar experiences.
Thanks

I can't think of why exhaust service would require loosening the suspension. When you lower torsion bars, the vehicle would sit lower while parked. If it where only one side, it would also lean. You're gonna have to get down under and check for loose or damaged suspension components, shock mounts etc.
