did the head gaskets the other day and truck was driving fine until today, upon slightly higher acceleration it dies out on decel after letting off the gas and feels like it doesnt have much power, also started throwing code p0171b? if i remember correctly, anyways something about fuel trim being lean on bank 1.

 

I would check compression and look to make sure one of your rockers are loose.
