Your service dept ever hear of Loc-tite? Use soome on thebolts for the grab handle bracket. You won't have the problem of it coming loose again.

No noise from mine, I would try another dealer.

I had a rattle and dropped the 3rd row light (great, easy design too...seriously). Put a little adhesive by the styrofoam piece and the truck has been quiet as a mouse.
