Default Tahoe 2007 LT

I recently purchased a 2007 Tahoe LT. I spent the last two years renting vehicles from Hertz as my company paid it and this is where I was first introduced to he Tahoe. These were mostly 2011 and 2012 and I loved how comfortable the seats were and the space inside. So i was happy to start with purchasing a 2007 Tahoe LT3 loaded with a lot of extras and ever better leather seats. Since getting it 4 weeks go I have been unable to find a comfortable driving position and I'm now suffering from upper back pains.

Question, has anyone else experienced this with the 2007 model and is there a difference in the drivers/passengers sets between the 2007 and newer 2011/2012 models. Any info would be appreciated as my back pain is getting worse and worse
