2007 Tahoe LTZ is doing strange things.

1. Last week the Stabilitrac/Traction Controp Check Lite came on and stayed for duration of trip of 10 miles. Was fine when thru eating supper, no recurrence.

2 Driver Seat Belt locks in the retracted position. Happened twice in the last week, turn off ignition, remove key and then restart engine and Seat Belt is unlocked.

3. Today the Wipers/Windshield Washers came un while driving and would not turn off. Stopped vehicle and turned off the ignition then restarted and all was fine.

4. Rear hatch would not open from FOB. Opened manually then closed. Worked from FOB after that.

Am in Florida for winter and using the Tahoe for short trips only. Am suspecting the Battery as it is the original.

Am I going down the wrong path.

 

I 1/2 expected to see a topless tahoe

 

Might try disconnecting the battery and touching the cables together and then reconnect. Has the battery failed to start the engine?

 

73Shark, the Tahoe haas never failed to start. Shall try your suggestion tomorrow and report back..

Am hoping not to have to go to a Dealer until I get home.
