Hi,
Recently I have noticed that there are cracks appearing inside my Tahoe 2015 both (right and left) headlights and at same positions. The cracks are inside the headlight and when I touched the cracks the outer surface is smooth while cracks are clearly visible. (see the attachment for pictures of the cracks).

Anyone faced such issue and if then how it can be reported and fixed from GM.

I already tried the local dealer and they said this is the first time they saw such case and can't do anything about it which is very disappointing.
