Default Tahoe ltz 07 fog lights problem

Hello guys i have a tahoe LTZ07 and my problem is that the last day i bought a fog lights but when i went to install them i never seen the harness, my truck has the switch and the lamps already but i never found the harness, somebody can help me with that problem?

it is a short harness that is plugged up on both ends. if you had the bumper cover removed or replace my guess someone forgot to plug the fog lights back in.
