Default Tahoe not starting with low fuel levels

I have several problems with my '04 Tahoe. I will post the problems separately as they all fall under different categories. The most prominent issue I have is my Fuel System. When my fuel level indicator shows the fuel level as 1/4 of a tank or lower the vehicle will not start. It acts as if it is out of fuel. I have to add fuel to the tank to get it started. At first it would do this at less than an 8th of a tank, then it progressed to over an 8th, now today it had to have more than a 4th to start. I have taken it to the dealer and they have replaced the cluster panel the first time and they replaced the fuel sensor inside the tank the second time. Now my vehicle is out of Warranty and my problem persists. Has anyone had these problems with your Tahoe? Or does anyone have any thoughts on what could be the cause. I have not called Chevy to ask if they would cover this issue due to it being an ongoing issue. I stumbled upon this forum and thought I would take a chance on asking! Thanks so much for any advice you may have in advance!

I would deffinately check with the dealer as it is my understanding that when a part is repalced there is a warrenty period on that new part.

Sounds like a faulty fuel pump, have the dealer look up your service history where they can see that you reported the problem while under warranty and the repair made did not fix the problem, GM will normally cover another repair after the fact.
