Default Tahoe Rear Bumper

I have seen people do this rear bumper change with there trucks, apparently you don’t need to do any modifications it just bolts right on. But this got me curious if this could be done with a 2005 Tahoe. I’m not a big fan of the rear bumper my car has so I’m looking to change it. Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks.
