Tahoe Transmission Swap Question
Hi, I have a 1991 Suburban Transmission that was good when pulled some years ago.
Looking at buying a 2002 Tahoe with a slipping transmission.
According to Wikipedia the 4L80-E transmissions (which I am assuming both are) pairs to model as such:
1991–2013 Chevrolet Suburban/GMC Yukon
1995–2003 Chevrolet Tahoe/GMC Yukon
So obviously there is something different--I can make a custom bracket if needed or are there differences that would make this swap illogical or far too difficult??
