tail light
They are easy to change. Just be sure to put a cloth over your bumper so you don't scratch it. Remove the screws and then pull hard to get the tail lite out of the rubber grommets. The first time you'll swear that it won't come out but it just takes a steady pull.
VHT sells a smoke tint spray that a lot of guys on another forum have used.

I'd do more than just put a cloth on your bumper. You can really scratch the crap out of your bumper if you don't take some real precautions. I'd take a piece of cardboard or something similar, slip it back under the tail light as far as it'll go (while still protecting the top area of your bumper), and use that blue painter's tape to tape it in place. This will create a barrier between the tail light and paint. A rag or something flimsy will not protect against the corner of the tail light digging into the paint/plastic, nor will it stay in place if you drag the light across it.
This mod is so easy and fast that it's almost comical. What's NOT funny is scratching your paint with such a simple mod. So, protect that area well first, and then it's 5 minutes from there.

glad i asked! I will take all precautions, i have some thin sheets I think I can use with that blue tape stuff. I would never have guessed it was so easy to scratch the bumper from the tail lights!
