That would be a good place to start,
Check to see if you can hear the pump running when the button is pressed.
Hold the button for a while to see if you see fluid coming out somewhere it should not.
Try disconnecting the line at that rear wiper to see if fluid comes out and its not the nozzle that is blocked.
If you hear the pump but don't see fluid, I would suggest disconnecting the line near the tank and see if it comes out when the pump is activated..
this will tell you if the pump is good and if the line may be blocked due to algae.
Its always best to use straight windshield cleaner and not water, though the lines may be black the tank is not and can grow algae and it can enter the line that way....
