Thinking of buying a 1995 Tahoe-Please Help

Power windows, seats, and door locks.
Classic tilt cruise Tahoe tow package.
Mileage 133 K
Runs and drives great!!
Paint on roof and hood needs attention.
Great ride, Great price.
Smogged for 2500
Looks nice.
Should i buy it? please help,
