Tint shops
I've searched everywhere guys and this is a last effort. I'm trying to find out a good place in Dallas to get my tint done. All the places I have found won't do my front windows past 35% because that is now the stupid *** legal limit in Texas. 35% isn't going to cut it for me. Anybody in the Dallas area know of a good place to get my tint done past legal? I'm lookin for a place that does a good job at a reasonable price and isn't gonna put some crap on my windows that will fade or peel. Thanks

+1 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Also, tell them cash and pay them a bit more if you have too. Over the phone they will never tell you they will put on illegal tint!

Ok found a place to do it. They are gonna charge me 75$ for the front two windows. That seems high is it? This is a nice custom shop, not just some hole in the wall place. We are doin it all under the table so I probably won't be getting a warranty or anything. Just wanted to know if 75$ was too high.

There is a thread in this forum that has prices that people have paid. I am in Missouri, and you can get the front 2 windows done for $50 from about any shop. Maybe your $75 is just the the regional cost difference, or they could be charging more for the illegal job!

well since they are the only place I have found so far that will do it, I think 75 dollars is reasonable. I dont know how you guys dont have a hard time finding places to do your illegal tint.
