RE: Tire Pressure vs Ride Quality
MCF34 - Make sure you've let the truck sit for awhile. You'll get a different reading in the morning if you adjust the tire pressure after driving home from work. You'd find that the tire pressure display shows 1-3 psi lower than what you thought you had.

RE: Tire Pressure vs Ride Quality
I just checked my tire pressure after driving less than 20 minutes and letting the car sit for an hour and the pressure in all four tires was 40psi!!!! confirmed with pressure gauge (matchined TPI)...I let some air out to about 36psi and if it is still above 35psi in a couple hours, I am dropping it to 33psi...I always thought it was riding a little rougher than it should have been...the sticker does say a cold psi of 32psi..

RE: Tire Pressure vs Ride Quality
Dropped tire pressure last night and after sitting overnight and getting in the Tahoe this morning (80deg F in garage) the tire pressure was 34psig. Those idiots put over 40psig in each tire....I thought it was rough and have been complaining about how bad our streets are around where I live..this morning at 34psig was like riding on a cloud!!!! Dropping 6psig made a big difference...i will probably drop it down a little bit more, but now I understand why everyone says the LTZ has such a smooth ride.....
