Hey guys,I have an'04 Tahoe,still with stock wheels,17"...we have the Bridgestone*** on there now but it's about time to replace,the Bridgestones we have on there now are kinda weak in the sidewalls,we want a more solid tire(for a little camper towing),not too aggressive tread,but still have a good ride....thoughts....

 

Might look at truck tires if you want stiffer sidewalls.

 

Well I don't want to alter the ride too much...I don't want a harsh ride,but would like to have a little more tire support for towing our TT.You can rock the tahoe while sitting still and all the movement seems to come from the sidewalls....

 

you can try moving up one load range.

 

I had an '01 Tahoe LT Autoride and put Firestone Destination LE on it. Great ride, no road noise and incredible as far as not wearing out. A little pricey, but worth it.
