Mine ia doing the same thing. I replaced, today, all plugs and wires, temperature sensor, and a new throttle body sensor and still having the issue. I am going to replace the coil pack here in a few. The battery is also new. I am reading in here it could be bad connectors on the battery. Unfortunately, from what i am reading, this issue could be caused by a number of things. The truck has been scanned and it is just coming back w a generic P0300. I did have an oil pressure sensor go out that hasn't been replaced yet because apparently it is a pain in the butt, however, I may need to replace this first since it was the culprit that initially turned on my service engine soon light.

check the negative ground cable from battery to engine, you will need to disconnect it to check if for resistance, it should read very low, also flex the cable while checking it. It should read constant if it varies the cable is likely bad....
Don't worry about disconnecting the smaller wire that runs up front, its the larger cable that needs to be checked.
