transmission interchange question (4L80E 4x4)
hi,
i have a 97 burb, 6.5td, 4x4, 4l80e... the tranny's OD set is gone.... aamco wanted 2500 to fix it (LOL!!! all i could do was laugh at them). anyways, i have a tranny from a 99 burb 6.5td 4x4 sitting here, does anyone know the specifics of interchange? the t-cases look different, but the tranny's appear the same from the quick visual i did on them (keep in mind one is in my truck)
also i have the whole 99 parts truck sitting here so, what would i need to just swap the whole thing over?
