Default Trying to remove factory installed DVD 04 Tahoe

My factory installed flip down DVD quite working a while back. Same time that quit I started getting engine noise when I was using teh factory installed XM radio.

I want to see if the DVD has come unplugged or see if it needs to be replaced. I removed all 4 visual bolts however I cannot get it to come down. I can't find anything that will show me if there is a hidden clip or additional screws that I am missing.

Thanks
