USB for Music issues....help please!
I have a 2023 Suburban and I am having a difficult time with music on a flash drive. I was told to use .WAV format and that worked but I could only listen to 9 songs and I could not scroll on the dashboard. I had to cut the car off to get to another song and it always starts at the first song.I have a 10 hour drive and do not like to stop. I redid the flash drives using 4 flash drives with 9 folders with albums. This has not worked at all. As soon as I put the flash drive in it says "No USB". Can this USB system read folders? How can I make this work? I prefer folders so I can keep my music organized. I am hopeful someone can help me! Thanks!
You're lucky if you can get WAV files to work at all. All of my music library is in WAV format but I have to convert them in i-Tunes to an MP3 format for my 2022 Silverado to play them. It didn't use to be this way until Apply Car Play was introduced.

It may be that the format of your music file is wrong, it should be converted to MP3 format. You can try downloading the song as an MP3 before connecting it to the 2023 Suburban via the USB port.
