Feb. 2006 The truck did not come with Nav. I installed the Nav DVD. No camera yet and the dealer didnt turn it on yet as well. This is a DVD player as it works in park

 

Okay. I'll take a look at my paperwork for the Gen 3 model. You have a real early build and that might be why it doesn't work. You know that you can go to the website and "upgrade" to the Gen 3. It's worth it to try. They're actually very nice there.

 

Not when can't even get ahold of them!! plus they should ask when you truck was built if it's a problem. I am contacting Amex soon. The radio is from a early 07 model.

 

Just so you know, whenever I've dealt with them through their website (not email) everything went without a hitch. If I place a new order, upgrade, etc. I get email confirmation and everything ships out. I've dealt with them on 4 separate occasions now with no problem.

Hey there well if anyone is interested I have a GM Lockpick GEN 2 and GM Onstar Lockpick kit that I have not used nor installed in my 2007 Tahoe.
I am also able to upgrade the GM Lockpick kit to the GEN 3 version, so that is also an option for you as well.
