Want to fix up 1999 Tahoe
Hey,I have a 1999 Tahoe I bought from my father when he got a new car last may. Its currently in the shop getting fixed up (4WD was gone,Driver side windshield wiper motor broke,Cracked windshield)
And I wanted to think of some ways to maybe make it a bit nicer once I get it back.
Im currently a college student,low income. I plan on getting new tires for it,it has an aftermarket radio in it but lets say you were given 1000$ to fix it up,what would you have done?

Welcome to the forum.
Since it had no 4WD, cracked W/S, and busted wiper motor, it doesn't sound like it was well maintained. So first I'd give it a good tune-up, oil change, and lube. Then make sure coolant is good and maybe even flush it. Also check/change tranny, xfer case, and differential (2) fluids.
