Default water in cargo area

My '97 Tahoe had developed a leak that leaves my cargo area carpet wet and smelly, it also looks like its developing black mold. I have removed the side panels on the cargo area, checked the head liner and any othe places I thought might be the source of the leak and can't find any logical spots.
I will replace the weatherstripping to start with but am trying to find out where to purchase weatherstripping for the rear doors b/c I hate my chevy dealer and refuse to give him any biz. So if anyone has any ideas let me know.
