Default Water control valve leaking

Hello all.
I have a 1998 K1500 Suburban with rear heat and ac.
I have been battling a leaking water flow control valve for the heater hoses.
I have replaced it with NAPA and Autozone parts.
it is good for a couple weeks, and then it starts leaking from the control shaft on the valve.
I've looked at the part at the chevy dealership and can't really see a difference from the others.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue?
Thanks in advance
