Default Weird noise at idle, disappears when driving

I have a 2004 5.3L chevy suburban which appears to have wobble in the crankshaft harmonic balancer

As seen in video with belt removed noise appears to
be related to crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer.

you will note the noise diminishes/disappears when engine is reved up

any help/advise appreciated

Have you removed it? Even at higher rpm's it's hitting something or is loose. I'd suggest pull it. It is keyed, or supposed to be.
