No problem. Just click on the "Go Advanced" button and then go to manage attachments. Then you can upload the photo from your computer.

I believe the LTZ cupholder should be a drop-in.

It will fit. To remove yours pull up on the rear. It has clips that should release with a sharp pull. The front has tabs that slip into a slot so you need to pull up from the rear first.

You can find the LTZ holder on Ebay. Here is an example of one. Chevrolet Chevy Silverado Avalanche 2007 2012 Center Console Cup Holder New | eBay

Just be sure to get the correct woodgrain color. The Yukons and Denali have different wood tones.
