Do you have to give up the tow hooks?

The wheels look sweet! I also looked for the sideground effects online and couldn't find any forour 07's. Streetscene.com has the front bumber but nothing for the sides. I want to take off the OEM side steps and put the side ground effects on. What do you guys think of this and any help on where to get it would be helpful. I don't really care about the front bumber, I just want the side ground effects.
