its not all that loud but it sounds nice. just a soft low rumble.

i would have to agree borla is the s@#t, but i have cgs on mine because it was FFFRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
but i do have borla on my range rover sport and it is the best sounding exaust out there in my opinion

digdug, did you switch the numbers around in your post? When I got my Flowmaster, I was told the 40 series (single chamber) was the loudest and that the 70 (tripple chamber) series was the quietest.

I have a custom dual exhaust with the Flowmaster 40 series. I don't think it's too loud at all and I'm very concious of the noise with a 3 yr old and a 2 week old in the car. Not to mention that my wife is not into the noise either.
Now, I did have the 70 series on before I switched to the 40 series and I can tell you that it's pretty damn loud.
