I have been debating for about a month on which exhaust to go with for my LTZ. I am looking for just a muffler b/c i have a friend that will do the rest at his shop. But he doesnt get magnaflow or flowmaster through his company.

I want something that sounds good (NOT LOUD) outside the truck with minimal interior noise, which i know is hard to do. If some of you could help me b/c i hate to put something on my car and then it be too loud

 

I can only personally vouch for Magnaflow on a Tahoe...it's exactly what I wanted - nice rumble outside when I get on it, but quiet inside, no drone at all...my brother had a Flowmaster 50 series on his older Yukon and it droned constantly inside (although sounded good oustide).

You can always order a Magnaflow off ebay or elsewhere and have him install it, right?

 

I have the GM Performance exhaust on mine and it sounds good at idle and under acceleration but is quiet at cruise. When you kick it down at 60, it'll wake you up. As quiet as it is, I can't imagine what the Touring version sounds like.

 

I'm planning on the Magnaflow myself. You can pick it up for 400 bux at performancepeddlers with free shipping the last time I looked.
I love Corsa, but it's WAY too loud for a Tahoe. If it sounds anything like it does on my vette, then it won't match the tahoe appearance.
