I need to get one of these but don't know what to type in.

 

It's a vacuum port, don't know that you can buy one, may need to hit a junk yard.

 

Looks like it has a hex shape to it. Does it unscrew? Be careful not to break it.. Is it plastic? Do you have the broken off piece? You may be able to epoxy a new tube on to it. You could also run a tap into it and thread a tube into it. There are many possibilities if you can't find one.
