The GM 1500 wheels (Silverado, Sierra, Suburban) are 20x9 Bolt pattern is 6 x 5.5 and the offset is 28mm offset.
Ford: 20x8.5 and 6x135mm (6x5.3")
Ram: 20x9 and bolt patter of 6x5.5" the offset is 19mm.

Other than the off-set issue with GM v Ram, the center bore - where the cap is can also be different.

Are you looking for OEM wheels in a different style or just change the finish / color of what you have now? We have a great selection of GM 1500 wheels for sale.

On the back of every wheel there are markings. If it is a GM wheel, it will have the GM part number and the "GM" logo in one of the spokes. The size is also in the back of a spoke. Each wheel maker has to put their name and size on the wheel. Not easy to figure that out when it is on the truck.

Can you send a picture and I will see if I can help.

1. Make sure that your lug wrench actually fits your wheels; we've had a 2005 and a 2014 where the factory lug wrench would not fit lugs on the vehicle. For the 2005, actually had to order a special thin-wall deep socket.

2. Make sure that your existing lug nuts will fit on your spare (match the recess/cone in the wheels). And carry spare lug nuts if they don't.

Speaking of lug nuts;I started to take one of the rear wheels/tires off to see if I could find the mfg. I have chrome plastic covers over the factory lug nuts. Some came off/some did not. Anyone have suggestions as to getting the plastic "covers" off..I was told that some of the tire places use impact wrenchs on the covers and strip the plastic threads off of them. I got a couple off by splitting them with a chisel I wont put them back on. I cant imagine trying to change a wheel at night;in rain/snow and having to deal with these plastic POS.. Anyone know of aftermarket chrome lugnuts to replace the factory ones? I keep a deep 6 point impact socket with a long breaker bar with ea of my vehicles (2 ford 1 ton pick ups and the 05 suburban). I havent had to change a tire on the road in probably over 25 yrs, which attests to the quality of tires today,,but woulnt want to have a problem if I had to. This is the 5th suburban I have owned but the 1st with factory wheels. I have had aftermarket wheels on all the others. Thanks for letting me rant.

"swollen lug nuts" are not uncommon on some makes, due to a 2-piece ornamental design (figure cost savings), definitely not one of the better ideas. Search swollen lug nuts on Google and YouTube.

You definitely want to remove all those and replace with 1-piece lug nuts. You don't want a surprise issue on the road; Mrs. Cusser got a 2014 Yukon a year ago, and its lug nuts were 19mm but the GM factory lug wrench was 22mm ! So always check.

Someone I know had these on his truck and he took it to a tire shop and they replaced them all for way less than a dealer. 6-point sockets like 19.5mm are actually available, typically hammered on the faulty lug nut then lug nut removed.
