Default Will this after market nav work in my Tahoe?

I just purchased an 2007 Tahoe LT1. It does not have the Bose system in it. I want to upgrade to a Nav. System, but do not want to spend an arm and a leg. I was wondering if this unit on Ebay will go in with no problems, and what other parts I will need besides this head unit. The link to the unit is http://cgi.ebay.com/7-CAR-DVD-GPS-NA...QQcmdZViewItem. Please help, I am a beginner at this stuff.

Personally, I'd stick with an brand name (not sino-550). There are many features that have to be wired into your truck, I doubt you're going to get the support that you will need with this no-name brand.

I know that a name brand would be the best option, but I am just curious if anyone knows if this unit would work or not. Please help.

Should work but you will need an adapter......It's about $130. Check Crutchfield
