update, oil is pouring slowly out of intake pushrod #1 n #3. the rest seem dry???, upsate, nm it just needed to run for a bit, oil is coming through normal now
I rebuilt my 99 suburban C1500 350 vortec. It was runinng good until I had to repair the left head gasket and head bc the bolt holding mfi came loose and destroyed cyl 8 intake valve. since putting it back together it will only run if I completely remove (not just disconnect) cyl 3 spark plug. It also pops back into intake when trying to start with spark plug in. I relashed the valves, compression is good on all cylinders, its getting a spark, timing is right. idk what else to try. Runs instantly with #3 and only #3 removed. Any ideas?

 

Only thing I can even think of, is perhaps neither intake, or exhaust valve opening?
