Has anybody got their side windows tinted on their 07' Tahoe and if so what did it cost? I am thinking about getting mine done to prevent people from seeing inside it.

 

I got a quote on having all my windows tinted, front, and all rear windows for 170, and another shop quoted me at 160.

One place that thinks there stuff doesnt stink and supposably has the best computer cut tint quoted me at 250.

 

I paid $60 last week for 3M tint. No computer cut/laser trimmed/trained monkeys or any of that crap and I think they did a great job.

 

I paid $100 for my front 2 windows.

 

I got mine done for $60. It was computer cut and installed in about 20 minutes. It matches the back perfectly, and the installers did a good job of removing all air bubbles. If you are anywhere near Philly, check out http://www.carprettyautosalon.com/

 

I paid $200. I added 15% to all the glass that was already privacy tinted from the factory and added 5% to the front side windows on my 07 black Tahoe. You can't see into the back windows at all. Had this setup on my 03 hoe and it helped with privacy and the heat down here in FL.

 

You guys that mentioned $60 are talking front 2 windows correct? If you got the entire truck done for that, dang that is a steal!

I believe he was wanting to know about the rear windows? I may be wrong.

I wish I could go that dark. That isnt allowed here in Missouri!

 

if u live in northern new jersey you can get it done for $89 by www.andyswindowtint.com. he's done all my cars and does a great job. he's really clean too after applying the water solution to the window it drips all over the door, but he cleans it up not like some of the shops i've seen who leaves the mess for the customer to clean up.

I dont know your state laws. But i dont believe you can get your front windshield tinted except to the tint line, which is probably 8-12 inches from the top down.
