Hey yall. Needs some help
2019 suburban. Won’t start just clicks
battery replaced. Starter is good. Starter relay was dead replaced that. What else could it be?

 

Welcome from Florida. Check your battery cables at both ends for corrosion and tight connections. How do you know that the starter is good?

 

I’m in NJ . Took starter out and tested it .

 

Would like for OLD CHEVY to handle this, but until he gets back, just a little reminder some tests are not complete. By that we mean a starter will operate fine when under no load. So what we would ask is do you know what kind of test was done ?
Also are you able to rotate the engine a little manually so we would know if it is not seized ?

 

1. If all battery and connections to starter and grounds are clean, shiny, and tight, did you try a jump start from another vehicle?

2. What is voltage reading across the battery terminals WHILE one is trying to start and it's just clicking? Post that.
