Default Woodpecker under my dash?????

I have a 1995 Tahoe LT 5.7 that I pull my boat on the weekends with 187k and still looks and runs great. Recently when shutting the engine down I hear a chatter under the dash. I cant seem to pin point it. It sounds like relay chatter and last for about 4 to 5 seconds then shuts off.
Any ideas?

Is it consistant? left side of dash? right side?

If it is a relay chattering, it is probably a poor connection feeding the relay. You're going to have to pin point the location of the noise to figure this one out. Pull the panels off and see if you can get near the noise
