Wouldn't recommend using anti-seize grease on any electrical connections as it is conductive and if it migrates somewhere you don't want it, then might cause a path for leakage current.

One way to check a connection is to measure the voltage drop across it when someone tries to start. It should be essentially zero.

 

I'm have a battery cleaning kit that has some spray. I'll use it.
