This makes no sense, Everything worked until the battery died, I've tried removing the fuse, disconnecting the battery, even pulling the plugs on the two I can easily get to , Non of the actuators are recalibrating, I don't have heat, and the vent doors are stuck on defrost. How do I force the system to recalibrate?

 

I don't believe there's a problem with the manual controler, I can hear the compressor working when in the defrost setting, and kicking off in the A/C vent setting, The a/c switch lights up when pushed,
