05 5.3L fuel pressure reg

Default 05 5.3L fuel pressure reg

I cannot find the regulator. It is not on the fuel rail drivers side like in the u-tube videos. Its driving me crazy. All the diagrams show it just under the plastic cover at the tee on the fuel rail. Mine looks to be a non-return system and no regulator in site. Pls help. Thanks

if you have a returnless system the regulator is in the tank; part of the sending unit assembly.

I can't find my fuel pressure regulator either on my 04 z71 Tahoe (T) I called auto zone they told me it was located under the intake manifold is this true?

No, its either on the driver side fuel rail held on by a clip or part of the fuel pump module in the tank
