08-13 suburban console removal
First remove both front sets, remove 2 Philip's screws on each side of console. Remove 4 screws from tray storage area and remove tray. Disconnect 2 electrical connections and free them from the console. Lift from the rear clearing the seat studs and the console is out. There is no reason to remove the rear cup holders or radio controls unless you wish to replace them. Note I didn't have the special sockets for the front seats, I used a 15m on the front nuts and a 11m on the rear bolts. Of course having the right tools is best, but expensive.
