Default 1999 suburban K1500 stuck in OD

Hello All,
i’m new Here and was hoping I can get some help with a shifting problem I’m having today. Last week I notice some hard shifting between gears one and two. So I figured it’s got 201k on it, maybe I should replace them. So I changed out the tranny oil, filter and both shift solenoids and made triple sure the fluid levels were correct. Now I during the test drive I notice it goes and drives in reverse just fine. However when I go to drive I notice that it very sluggish. Not slipping but as if I’m starting off in 2nd or even 3rd gear. I just went 100 yards down the street and reversed back to my drive way. I also noticed my instrument cluster immediately start misbehaving. The fuel gauge was doing complete circles, no rpm gauge or speedo. The oil pressure was working though...lastly there is a check light that says “check instrument gauges”? Also there is no red indicator that shows what gear you are in. Any thoughts?

ps I used dextron iv
