Default 2002 Suburban Bump Stops

Does anyone have experience with changing out front bump stops on an '02 Suburban? Mine are shot and from the looks of it, appear to be pressed in to the cup on the frame. Do the old ones just pry out?
There is no through bolt, although my parts guy had ones that have a bolt molded into them.
Thanks.

they just pull out, just a dealer item called "bumpers" . After I replaced mine I raised the front wheels off the ground and put 3 turns on the torsion bars. I hope this will help keep the a arm off the "bump stops"

Yeah, I finally got under there to change them out. I was surprised to see how easy there were to put in. I did notice that they rest right on the lower control arm when down off the jack. How much clearance did you get by turning the torsions keys?

The lower controll arm just barely touches the bump stop on the inside edge. I would have put another turn on the key but, the passenger side was almost all the way in. I think that I will get a set of cognito keys, from what I've read they have more range to them. May have to get new torsion bars if mine are getting tired.
